Family owned & operated for over 25 years, CBI (Consolidated Business International) was created to enable our Ontario customers to “consolidate” all their US mailbox, shipping, and fulfillment needs under one roof. Our company motto: “our address is your address” is our core belief.

Meet David Rodriguez (founder & owner):

Born & raised in Niagara Falls, NY – married with 2 daughters. Dave’s first start in parcel service was working for UPS. After working for UPS for 15 years, he regularly observed that many needs were not being met. Dave’s entrepreneurial spirit convinced him that he could meet a need for his Canadian friends by leaving UPS & starting CBI. One customer at a time, Dave worked diligently to earn their trust & loyalty. CBI USA is now many customers strong & growing. The current Cudaback/Portage location is CBI’s 3rd warehouse.

Our vision for the future is to move into a larger location, but still close to bridges, so we can better serve our Canadian friends with more capacity & additional services including: more shipping options, package forwarding, self storage, overnight pick-up option for packages, expansion of fulfillment & order processing, direct sales, etc.
