We are only days away from opening our new location at 1342 Military Rd in Niagara Falls (Printable Map), and we are so excited to welcome you all there!
When shipping packages please be sure to use the following format:

Please understand the carriers will not leave packages without anyone to sign for them. So please make sure that any packages sent to our new address do not arrive before Tuesday October 30th. ANY PACKAGES SENT TO THE NEW ADDRESS BEFORE THE 30TH WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. Also, packages sent to our old 1711 Cudaback Ave address will still be automatically forwarded. However, to be on the safe side, notify your shippers A.S.A.P. of the new address.
We have also made some important policy changes. Please review them below.
Reminder of Important Dates:
- Sat. Oct. 27th - Last day to pick up at our Cudaback location from 8am to 3pm. Online tracking will NOT be available after 3pm.
- Sun. Oct. 28th - CLOSED FOR MOVE (NOT ACCEPTING PACKAGES)
- Mon. Oct. 29th - CLOSED FOR MOVE (NOT ACCEPTING PACKAGES)
- Tue. Oct. 30th - CLOSED (WE WILL BE ACCEPTING PACKAGES)
- Wed. Oct. 31st - CLOSED (WE WILL BE ACCEPTING PACKAGES)
- Thur. Nov.1st - OPEN FOR BUSINESS 9am to 5pm* - Online tracking will be available
*For the first few days (Nov. 1-3),we ask for your patience while we are still getting used to all the new exciting systems. If your pickup is not urgent, you may wish to wait until Monday, Nov. 5th as we should have all initial bugs worked out by then!
Also in preparation for this move all packages that were received in 2017 and have not yet been picked up have been moved to temporary long term storage and are not available at this time. We will send out a notification in the near future when they are once again available for pickup.
AGAIN, THE LAST DAY TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGES AT OUR CUDABACK LOCATION WILL BE OCTOBER 27TH. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP PACKAGES AT OUR NEW LOCATION UNTIL NOVEMBER 1st.

POLICY CHANGES AS OF NOVEMBER 1 2018
- First 180 days (6 months) - FREE (Does not include skids)
- After 180 days (6 months) - $0.15 + tax per day, per package
- After 365 days (1 year) - Your package will be considered abandoned and will be liquidated as we see fit.
These storage fees will be effective starting Nov.1st. So the 180 day clock for all new packages will start on the day they are received. For packages received at our old Cudaback or CBI Express location the 180 day clock will start on Nov 1st 2018 not the date they were originally received. So you still have time to pick them up without incurring any storage fees.
If you pickup your packages and decide you do not want to take them with you and they need to be reshelved, please understand that you will need to pay the standard pickup fee of $1.80 (if you have the annual), or $5.95 again for those packages when you do ultimately pick them up. Also note that storage fees apply from the date the package originally came in, not the date they were reshelved.
Tires are now $1.80 (if you have the annual) or $5.95 if not. Plus an additional oversize fee of $5.50 per tire.
In case the shipper puts the incorrect PMB number on your package, we would ask that all customers have their tracking numbers available before they come for pick up. This is very important to help speed up the pickup process and double check your order.
OTHERS PICKING UP YOUR PACKAGES
If someone other than the account holder is picking up your packages they MUST know your box number and name as it appears on the account. If they do not have this information we cannot release the packages to them. Ideally they should know which specific package(s) and tracking numbers they are picking up.
If you only receive mail (no parcels) and you do not have an annual account, there is a fee of $5.95 per pick up (not per piece). If you have the annual this fee does not apply.
If you need CBI to ship out a package we received on your behalf and it does not include a prepaid shipping label, we must charge a $6 quote fee to cover our time to retrieve, weigh and calculate the shipping costs of your package. If you ultimately decide to ship the package using the quote we provided the $6 fee will be waived.
We are implementing a brand new check out process and more efficient system for pulling packages to help lower your overall wait time. As a result we are reserving pre-pulls only for customers who have large numbers of packages they are picking up (15 or more). For under 15 packages pre-pulling is not necessary or available.
